Curriculum for Undergraduate Mineral processing Major
一、培养目标
本专业培养能适应社会经济建设需要,在德、智、体等方面全面发展,具备造块成型与直接还原、矿物分选加工、再生资源综合利用与环境保护等方面的专门知识,能在矿物加工、钢铁冶金、矿产资源开发利用和环境工程等领域内从事科学研究、技术开发、工艺和设备设计、教学、生产及经营管理等方面开展工作,具有创新意识和创新能力的高素质应用型人才。
I. Educational objectives
Aiming at preparing all-rounded, high-quality talents with international competence to satisfied with the development of economic society, this program is designed to provide a thorough grounding in specialized knowledge of agglomeration and direct reduced iron, mineral processing, comprehensive utilization of renewable resources and environmental protection. It remains committed to systematic education for high-level doers, who have particular interests in the area of mineral processing, ferrous metallurgy, mineral resources exploration & utilize and environmental protection. Students with personality and practice of innovation might choose research, technology develop, design, integration and practice.
二、培养要求
本专业学生主要学习造块成型(烧结、球团)与直接还原、矿物(分选)加工、二次资源综合利用等方面的的基本理论和基本知识,受到科学研究、工艺技术、工程设计方法、生产管理及计算机应用等方面的基本训练,具有开发新技术、新工艺、新产品,以及进行工业设计和生产组织管理的能力。
II. Intellectual requirements
Students required hold the basic theories and methods of agglomeration and direct reduced iron, mineral processing, comprehensive utilization of secondary resources in the program. To gain the capability of developing new technology, processing and production, industry design and organized management, students should attend the basic training of science research, process technology, engineering design methods, and production management and computer application.
三、毕业生应获得的知识、能力
1、掌握数学、物理、化学等基础知识,掌握必要的人文科学方面的知识,具备相当的人文素养;
2、掌握本专业所必需的制图、机械、电工与电子技术、计算机应用的基本知识和应用技能;
3、掌握矿物加工过程的基础理论和生产工艺知识;
4、具有分析解决本专业生产中的实际问题以及进行科学研究,开发新技术、新工艺、新产品的能力;
5、具有对专业文献资料检索、综合的能力,了解本专业和相关专业的科技发展动态。
III. Knowledge and capabilities expected from graduates
1、knows the basic knowledge of mathematics, physics, chemistry and foreign language, the necessary knowledge of humanities, and is equipped with considerable humanistic literacy.
2、knows the basic knowledge and productive skill in mechanical drawing, mechanical design, electronic, electronic technology, basic knowledge and productive skill of computer application.
3、knows the basic theory and production process knowledge in mineral processing.
4、has the initial capability of solving the actual production problems in this major, scientific study, developing new technology, new process and new materials.
5、obtains the ability to retrieve and comprehensive literatures, and knows the developing trends in this and relating majors.
四、专业主干课程
固体物料分选学、造块学、矿物加工工程设计、矿物加工研究方法、计算机在矿物加工中的应用、资源分离与提取技术原理、物理化学、分析化学、冶金物理化学、流体力学。
IV. Main courses
Solid Materials Separation, Agglomeration, Design of Mineral Processing, Research Techniques of Mineral Processing, Computer Application of Mineral Processing, Separation and Extraction Mechanism of Resources, Physical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Metallurgical Physical Chemistry and Fluid Mechanics.
